General Practice Surveyor

A GP surveyor is required to join this niche corporate real estate consultancy. The role will be to provide support in both the strategic and day to day running of a number of key client nationwide portfolios.

The individual will need a good knowledge in all Landlord and Tenant matters, ideally have experience in managing acquisition and disposal transactions and be able to instruct and co-ordinate other outsourced specialists and professional advisors. This role will inevitably involve client contact at senior level and developing those relationships and therefore a sound understanding of occupiers commercial objectives is required. A pro-active team player, a flexible outlook, and the ability to provide focused advice in a clear and concise manner are key attributes.
